limitless transition services

During our summer program, students attend our class, What People Do. We participate in adult living skills, social skills & job skills.  We do this in conjunction with Salt & Vinegar Syndicate as well as teaching our students to access programs that are able to provide support to them such as vocational rehabilitation, College disability centers, job corp, etc.
